On the Player APP homepage, click "App Settings" to enter the settings interface
The application settings include the following items:

- Bound User Click to forcibly unbind the bound user. After unbinding, the device will no longer receive program updates, so please operate with caution. This is suitable for scenarios where the administrator cannot be contacted.
- Auto-start on Boot This software supports auto-start on boot, but some TV devices may disable auto-start from the system level for user experience or system performance reasons. Therefore, you need to check if the device supports it. Learn more about how to achieve auto-start on boot
- Device Connection Status Display The bottom left corner of the main program interface can display error reminders during the connection process. If everything is running normally, nothing will be displayed in the bottom left corner. If offline playback is required, the bottom left corner will show a network connection error. You can hide this by turning off this option.
- Auto-check for Updates
It is recommended to turn this on to get the latest version every time the software starts. Since the system is constantly being optimized and improved, there may be compatibility issues with older versions, so it is recommended to update to the latest version in real-time. - Check for Updates
Click to check if there is a new version. - Multi-screen Synchronized Playback
This allows synchronized playback between sub-screens. Sub-screens can be on one device or on different devices within the local area network. With proper planning, you can achieve synchronized video playback on multiple devices. - Language
Supports multiple languages. If more language support is needed, please contact customer service. - Region Settings
Used for weather forecasts. If the region is not set in the program editing, the weather forecast widget will display the weather based on this setting. Due to the need for more input information, it is not supported to configure directly on the Player APP. You need to use the "Remote Settings" function in device management on the Admin End to configure it.
- Clear Cache If there are playback issues after synchronization, you can clear the cache and resynchronize the program.
- About Us
View the user agreement and privacy policy. - Set Password
After setting a password, you need to enter the password to enter the Player APP homepage and view or set the Player APP status. This is suitable for preventing end users from making incorrect operations. - Open Homepage Method

For touch screen devices or devices with an external mouse, to prevent users from accidentally operating, you can set it to a more complex operation to enter the Player APP homepage. - Video Decoder Selection
If there are issues with video playback on the device, you can try switching the video decoder. - Debug Mode
Used to solve problems with customer service. If some inexplicable characters appear on the screen, it may be because this mode was accidentally turned on. Just turn it off. - System Settings
